The accommodation initially fell short with a humid ground-level room and an uncomfortable mattress, but thanks to the efficient staff, we were swiftly moved to a more pleasant first-floor room – showcasing the importance of good service. The property itself is beautiful, with a welcoming ambiance and delicious, affordable dining options that outshine nearby restaurants. The convenience of an early check-in after a tiring bus ride highlighted their commitment to guest satisfaction. The staff's integrity, exemplified by returning misplaced money, was truly commendable. Cleanliness and helpfulness were consistently maintained, creating a comfortable environment. While not the pinnacle of luxury, Alto De Los Andaquies offers a good balance of quality service and reasonable pricing, making it a practical choice for those seeking a pleasant stay with a touch of Colombian authenticity.
